Summer Brings Golf!

 

Bartender:

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience with the ability to mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers' needs and expectations.

Responsibilities:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar patrons and servers
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements
• Proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

  

Golf Course Maintenance Workers:

The Golf Course Maintenance Staff is responsible for the safe, proper and efficient operation of varied equipment. Under the direction of the Golf Course Superintendent, the main objectives are to maintain and present the golf course with emphasis on detail, playability and environmental responsibility.

 

Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

  • Maintain daily logs.
  • Daily safety checks.
  • Properly maintain all operational aspects of the golf course.
  • Operate the assigned equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Shoveling/digging
  • Raking.
  • Trimming, edging, mowing.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe environment on the golf course, maintenance facilities and outside surrounding areas.

 Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Be reliable and dependable.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Good customer service.
